VietShop started as a small family kitchen in Saigon in 1994. When we brought our recipes to the United States, we brought everything — the spice blends, the slow-cooking techniques, the belief that a great bowl of pho requires 18 hours, not 18 minutes.
Our menu hasn't changed much in three decades. That's intentional. We don't chase trends — we honor tradition.
